    David Lewis

    David Lewis is a professor at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He is an anthropologist. He is a Faculty Advisory Group member in the LSE South Asia Centre. He has been an advisor to the United Nations Development Programme, the International Fund for Agricultural Development, Oxfam, the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency and the UK Department for International Development (DFID). He is Principal Investigator in the Ethnographic Solutions to Inequalities in South Asian Advice Ecosystems research programme in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. He pursued his doctoral studies in Development Studies at the University of Bath, UK.
